Visiting the nearby West Midlands Safari Park with our family, we found the swimming pool to be quite warm and enjoyable, especially for our kids. The staff were generally accommodating, despite some delays at check-in. the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. we discovered a few things that needed attention. Still, our family room was spacious and comfortable enough for our stay.

the hotel was set in nice grounds, had a comfy bed in the room n friendly staff who were polite. breakfast was ok n they provided veggie options too which i liked. also lots of outdoor seating to chill in the sun, perfect for a nice day.
the room was too small with a low ceiling that made it difficult to move around. It was dirty without a nice view. also, the stairs were steep which made it hard for my husband who is recovering from an injury.

The extensive leisure facilities include a beautiful swimming pool and well-maintained gardens, perfect for relaxation.

missingWrote a review on 18 Augleisure facilitiescleaning issuesoutdated features
Extensive leisure facilities, well-maintained gardens, proximity to West Midlands Safari Park
The common areas, particularly the changing rooms, could definitely use a more rigorous cleaning regime!!! outdated bathroom features gave a very underwhelming impression, detracting from any luxury expectations!!!

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel during our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the full English meal had great flavor. After breakfast, we used the leisure facilities, which were well-maintained and suitable for a family. One morning, we needed a lot of setup for an event, and the support staff made it easy for us to organize everything.

the receptionist was polite and efficient, bed was comfy and sheets clean, had a good nights sleep thanks to the quiet room we got, leisure facilities were excellent, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
the restaurant had limited menu options and the service was really slow, we also wished there was more food available after 9pm.

Decent option for a brief hiatus in Stourport-on-Severn with great value for the money. The staff were really helpful, especially Sophie in the restaurant. Bring your own hand soap as it may not be provided.

great staff but needs some updates
The staff were welcoming and attentive. The room had a beautiful view of the gardens, which added a special touch to our experience.
The hotel shows signs of wear and could benefit from some refurbishment.

Super comfy beds and the leisure centre was a fab surprise. The staff there were delightful, and I may have indulged a bit too much in the facilities!
But let’s be honest, the toilet smell was quite the welcoming aroma. If hotels had a perfume section, I’d suggest ‘Eau de Damp’!
